I started by reading Tim Ferriss’s 4 Hour Body in March, and I started immediately after. Being a vegetarian, getting enough protein is an added challenge. But I’ve been having fun with it. I mostly eat the same meals, but every now and then I’ll try something new to mix it up. Since there is an astounding lack of resources and recipes available to the 4HB Vegetarian, I thought I’d try to create a few myself.
